TROIKA (pronounced troy-ka) is our unique program developed to incorporate all three disciplines of fitness – Strength, Conditioning and Yoga Stretching. TROIKA is personal training in small groups! When you combine these disciplines of exercise in one intense session, you create a very powerful and well-rounded workout to help you achieve your fitness goals. Combine all three areas and see results!
Certified trainers guide you in an intense 60 minute workout. Suspension ropes, slide boards that simulate skating, boxing and kick boxing bags, coned obstacle courses and a variety of other equipment that are all integrated to create workouts to keep you challenged.
Every workout is different, but the results are the same!
TROIKA is for everyone! The workouts can be scaled to fit any skill level. Work at your own challenging pace and see improvements week after week! And our groups are intimate so you’ll support and challenge each other.
